Insurance, how we choose it
Again and again someone asked me about insurance today. Should we buy it or not? or it’s worth or not, that are the most classical question when someone ask me about insurance problem?
To answer this question, i will ask all of the people who asked to me. “Do you have some risk which if that happen you couldn’t anticipate that risk and effect?” IF your answer is yes, you absolutely need to buy insurance. For example you afraid to death because your family couldn’t handle your job, you need to buy some life insurance, Or you afraid that something happen to your house, you could buy property insurance, etc.
Actually we could tell that all of insurance function is manage our life risk and try to minimize our life risk. Why we called it minimize? not called it cut it all? because after you have insurance if something happen we still have the effect. At least we still have morale effect.
When we could say that “no, i don’t need insurance?” is when you feel that you could manage your risk by yourself. and no need someone’s help when it was happen to you, You don’t need insurance. Or you already buy a lot of insurance which could covering what you need when something happen, it also could say you don’t need more insurance to protect you.
