Don’t bring too much cash money, that’s the most important warning when we were traveling. But actually, never mind how much money which you bring when we were traveling, we still need make some preparation for our money security. There are some tips for traveler :

• Don’t put all of your money in the same basket. To cut our risk, save our money and our card in the different place, more place you put more safety for you. At least to prevent if there is a problem with one of your saving place.
• Use our imagination to create a things to save our money. for example Money belt, which like waist band with some of pocket inside of it. Or just create simple pocket which you could use it like you use your underwear
• For a woman, Traveler could create small pocket which you can put it inside of your bra.
• For credit card user, try to use credit card which have international network which you could use it when you are abroad.
• Try to exchange your money with local currency before you go traveling. Or if you have a trouble with local currency in your country, bring USD also good idea, because almost all of country in this world accept USD.

We know, a lot of people always have a nervous feeling when he was speaking in front of audiences. Our presentation success not just because our presentation material or our preparation, but it’s depend our performance in front of audiences when we present our presentation.

There are 3 things which could make our presentation not really smooth as our planning and could make we become nervous and couldn’t concentrate with our material.

1.  This presentation is our first experience to present something.

• Solution : become nervous in our first experience was a normal, try to stay calm to make us not forget our material. To help you when present something, is try to focus in audiences face. especially focus at between their 2 eyes. Never look their eyes, because it could you become more nervous.

2. In front of professional or our director presentation

• Solution : never too focus to impress our audiences with our presentation, and also never think about our presentation’s technique. Just try to assume that we want to share good information with them not try to teach them.

3. Difficult Question

• Solution : Audience’s question was so normal happen and unavoidable. So important for us to  completely understand with our material. Try to prevent debate with audiences because just make us hard to control our emotion and would make us more nervous.

This investment is not small amount investment. I could categorize this kind of investment in the long time investment and large investment. And the most important is we couldn’t hurry to do this kind of business, and never think to get large profit in the short term.

Why long time?? because actually i also don’t know how long it would take, but i could guarantee that this kind of investment would be profitable for you. How we would invest our money?? Simple.. just buying a land or old house and rebuild it or renovate it to increase its value.

After we renovated well, you could rent it to the others, if you feel that in the future you would use it. or you just sell it if you feel that you didn’t use it in the long time later. Warning for all investor.. when you have to sell your properties, never sell it hurry. Because selling properties not so easy than selling daily needs. My suggestion if you want to do this kind of investment, use your long time saving, not use your daily fund.

Have you ever heard about feedlot? Feedlot is a kind of business. We could categorized this business like farm business. But has more specific target than farm.  In the farm there are breed, feedlot, or get animal’s commodities like get their milk, get their egg. And feedlot is a farm which buying animal when they still in the child age and feed it every day to make their body larger or fat and then sell it. From my experience it still was profitable business and low risk. Just gave animal full nutricious food and in the short term if you have right food formula for your animal, It will going fat rapidly. For example Cow, we just need about 3-4 months to make it become fat. at Cow feedlot, most of farmer buy 200-250 Kgs of cow and care of them. 3months later, it will raise up till 400 Kgs.

So there will be 150 Kgs improvement for farmer in 4 months. Interesting, doesn’t it? Our risk is only when our animal suddendly death. But even death, we weren’t totally loss. Because it still has a value. And no profit without risk, more important is how to minimize your risk.
